Meta Lead Ads & Instant Forms

When you use Instant Forms, Meta requires Lead Access terms acceptance.

  1. Choose Instant Form / Lead destination only when you can follow up with leads promptly.
  2. Accept Meta’s Lead Access terms in the launch step when prompted.
  3. Synced leads appear under Dashboard → Leads. Use Sync Meta to pull new form submissions.
  4. Export CSV or move leads through your pipeline statuses as you follow up.
  5. For WhatsApp destinations, connect WhatsApp separately under Leads → WhatsApp.
